Dear Parents,In Term 3 Week 4, our school will be commemorating Racial Harmony Day with a variety of activities. One of the highlights is a carnival to be held in the Courtyard from 20 to 22 July 2009(8am to 11.30am). During those 3 days, the pupils will be able to visit stalls where they will get to play traditional games and taste traditional food. There will also be a mini exhibition on the Malay culture.
As such, we need parents who can help the school in various ways such as packing kacang puteh in the morning, setting up the stalls and exhibition, and manning them during recess. We even need daddies to dress up as the kacang puteh man!
If you are able to contribute your time and service, kindly contact me as soon as you can. I am sure the children will be thrilled to have their mummies and daddies in school, having fun with them! Your presence and contribution will ensure the success of this exciting event!
